He explained things every step of the way and even got me hooked up with Homes For Heroes for some cash back when we closed! LeeRoy listened to our needs and made sure we were satisfied with it all. Rodney Davis and his team at United Reality recently sold my parent's home for us in Hobbs. We live 500 miles away so we were concerned about how effective this sale would go and how much stress it would create on us, but Rodney and his team were wonderful to work with. They coordinated all activities with the realtors, inspectors, repair personnel, title company and utility companies. Their aggressive and effective marketing approach resulted in us getting a contract in 25 days and the sale closed in approximately 2 months. They did not wait for the buyers to come to them, they went to the buyers. There were a lot of homes for sale in our price range so for them to do this so quickly is very impressive. Throughout the process, Rodney's communication with us was effective and timely. Whenever I had a question he responded quickly and his response always addressed my concerns. We recently bought our very 1st home, after multiple failed attempts and years of struggling to make it happen. We can across United Realty and Leeroy Rivas stepped and made it happen for us. He is a Godsend for our family, he listen to what we wanted and everything we was looking for, him and his wonderful wife Kami definitely exceeded our expectations being our first time. Even when we hit a longer and rockier path because of the sellers realtor (a while other co) LeeRoy always kept us up to date and stayed on the ppl to make sure our buy went through. We knew nothing about the buying process and asked way to many questions probably but he didnt care no matter the day or time he was always there happy and eager to help or answer our frightening questions lol. And because of his love of reality and persistence we were able to not only close on our first home but we got our DREAM home.
