Hello, I’m Stephanie Vasquez, a proud Texan who is happy to call Carlsbad, New Mexico, home. Family is an important part of my life, and when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, traveling, and making new memories.

I began my real estate career in 2021, and over the past 5½ years, I’ve built my business around hard work, strong relationships, and a genuine commitment to helping my clients achieve their real estate goals.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients through many different chapters—from first-time homebuyers receiving their first set of keys to families selling their current home and moving on to the next. I also have experience with investment properties, land, relocation, and commercial real estate.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent more than 10 years in the banking industry, gaining valuable experience in finance and financial counseling. That background gives me a unique understanding of the financial side of real estate and continues to be an asset when guiding my clients through their transactions.

Much of my business has grown through repeat clients and referrals, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust my clients place in me. I believe in honest communication, being available when my clients need me, and working hard from our first conversation all the way to the closing table.
