Laura Davis was born and raised in Hobbs, NM. Laura has over 12 years of experience in Real Estate. She brings a strong business background and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Her experience prior to becoming a Qualifying Broker/Owner included working as an Associate Broker and mortgage lending for several years.

Laura brokers/owns the top real estate company in Lea County alongside her husband, Rodney Davis, with a team of 40 brokers/staff. Laura Davis is currently serving as the President of the Lea County Real Estate Professionals for her second straight year and has served as a director for the Hobbs Association Board of Realtors. She has also served in numerous committees for the Hobbs Association of Realtors and currently serves in the awards and banquet committee. Laura Davis and her team are also members of the Hobbs Hispano Chamber of Commerce, the Hobbs Chamber of Commerce and the Hobbs Jaycee’s. 

Her achievements include: 2019 Board of Directors for the Hobbs Hispano Chamber, 2019 Business of the Year (Hobbs Hispano Chamber of Commerce), 2018 Lea County Women's Network Career Achievement Award Winner, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Diamond Award Winner  (Over $10 Million in Sales), Realtor of the Year for 2017, Recently Featured on the Cover of Top Agent Magazine New Mexico Edition, 2016 Hobbs Hispano Young Entrepreneur of the Year, 2013 Salesperson of the Year, Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Top Producer, and Rookie of the Year.
